As element 1 is going to be particularly dark, it was suggested that we have the two dancers in this element wear grey rather than black. However, Eden and I didn't think that the addition of grey to our colour scheme would look quite right and the general style wasn't going to look effective.
As the artist is going to have a red spotlight, we thought that by extending it to be more like red top lighting, we would see the dancers more. So we went back to the idea of wearing black again however not plain black. So, we looked into various trousers and found some long, wide legged black trousers with a red stripe going down the side. We decided that these accompanied by a black sports bra would suit the aesthetic better and not contrast so much to the artist.
