Casting: What Look and Ability We Want

When it comes to our artist, my group and I see her having dark and reasonably long hair, somewhat heavy eye makeup and harsh contour. Unlike other groups, we don't feel that we have to find an actor who looks particularly old because there are moments in the song where she can come across as slightly vulnerable. However, through the use of the harsher makeup, she will appear slightly older than she is. Although the artist doesn't need to dance, it would be useful to cast someone who can move so that we can choreograph some basic arm movement for them.

With the dancers, they would need to have some similarities with one another especially in element 2 be it hair colour, hair length or height because their physiques will be the focus, particularly in the silhouettes. The dancers that we use for element 1 and 3 will probably also be in 2 but in element 1 and 3 we would make an effort to make them look slightly different from one another through their hairstyle or detail in their costume. As our idea is so dance-based, we will need to do auditions to make sure that we have relatively strong dancers.
